    i also suffer badly with night cramps and my doctor says its lack of calcium that causes night cramps and your muscles tensing when you sleep. I take quinine sulphate before i go to bed, but recently i bought crampex tablets from the chemist these are for night crams too, but i must say i preffered the quinine.

    OOOOO me me i have a sukuki wagon on a 52 plate and to be honest its the best car ive ever had.lol

    Theres plenty of room for OH 2 kids and 2 dogs, cheap insurance band and road tax, ive had mine 6 years now and its never failed its MOT just passed 2nd march plenty of space oh i love mine lol anything else u need to know just give me a shout x

    Im wondering if there is anyone out there who could help me? My children had their photo taken in school they sent out the proofs to choose but unfortunately the firm has gone bankrupt :( well here is where i need some clever photo shop wizard i still have the proofs and have been told i can use them but i need the word proof remove from across the picture if anyone could help me i'd been extremely grateful as this would of been jacks last photo taken in primary school. :mecry:
