Just caught up on 25 pages of February. (Really must try and keep up). Liking the new email reminder...got my first one today. February was a busy month for lots of people in all sorts of ways. Much giggling and sniffling here at your antics. (((((Hugs))))).

Suzeanna, I was diagnosed with Breast cancer17 years ago at 56 and elected to have a single mastectomy, no reconstruction. I required no follow-up treatment and am still here! Lots of luck with whatever you decide. I know treatments etc have changed since then but the mental trauma is a big factor. Message me if I can help.

This is a 24 fixated house too, thanks to my DIL. About to jump into series two....I my be gone some time, again!

Ben is limping a bit so supplementing his existing medication with Tramadol. For some reason he is refusing to take them, despite taking his other pills as normal. They must have a smell he doesn't like. Moderate success with porridge and/or jam. Now going to try the Dogstar way......Laughing Cow Cheese, although I have mistakenly bought the blue cheese flavoured one! Watch this space

I've already done the 24 thing - I just about missed Christmas a few years back as I was stuck in front of the telly watching Jack overcome anything that was thrown at him. I got thro 6 or 7 series in a couple of weeks.

I am now engaged in watching Game Of Thrones again just to refresh my memory before the new series starts.

I was talking to Esther on Friday as she was out cleaning her driveway when Archie and I were passing. She told me more about Archie's trial night when he went to stay over with her. At one point she had discovered him on the sofa snuggled up with her dog, Ginny, both peacefully asleep  She said he was an absolute pleasure to have there and fitted right in with the resident dogs and the one boarder who was in at the time. Why can't he be like that in his own home??? She also discovered fast that Archie loves nothing better than pootling about in the garden so, as her rear garden is secure, she had left the kitchen door open for him to come and go as he wanted. Archie squeaks in excitement when he sees her so I know he is happy with her. We go to Monkey World the weekend after next so he will be going to stay with her for 3 nights.

Hope Ben takes his tramadol - Shara never used to like them either

Enjoy season 2 of 24. I can't actually remember which episode I am up to. I left the disc in the DVD player, so I might start from the 3rd one in and see if I'm right

Just catching up on Saturday Night Takeaway, I love Ant and Dec - they were brave doing the undercover with Gordon Ramsey though. He's not a man I would want to wind up

Sounds like Archie settled in really well at Esther's house :flowers:

Just had a rather embarrassed message from the guy who propositioned me last night, after I had messaged him to say 'thanks, but you are married so nothing is going to happen between us'. He didn't even remember sending me the messages last night  Alcohol is a dangerous thing!! I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when he got my message rejecting him

For the next couple of hours my arse will be glued to the sofa cos the league cup final is on.

Classic quote from Noel Gallagher today : "We'll never get used to this, we'll never get blasé about it. We never thought we'd see the day when we'd be competing for a trophy, let alone all the trophies. And to cap it all off this year, United are rubbish."

I used to see Noel at the games we used to go to when we were in the third tier of English football, die hard fan.
