thats really good Snow , its amazing how quickly we can get fitter . I am sure you will have a fantastic time in Florida and all the extra walking there will help you shed even more pounds and make your back feel even better

Mark is on his way to the airport to see Amy and Tracey , we are gutted that we have not managed to get back in time be meeting them at the other end but I know they will have a fantastic time. Early next week a series of meetings take place that should give us an idea of the date we can fly home ( hopefully very very soon now )

Another piece of good news for the family squirrel is yesterday my mum had a appointment with a skin specialist as she had 2 Carcinomas removed from her face last year and she feared she had a 3rd. Great news is she does not which is a lovely positive thing to hear and be able to share

Hope you're okay Jazz :flowers:

Done more gardening. I drenched my container Rhodos with Vine Weevil killer (cos the little blighters have been eating the leaves but it's not the adult ones you need to worry about, it's the grubs they lay in the soil which eat the roots and kill the plants.

I've also planted 90 early double tulips plus sown a couple of thousand seeds. Fingers crossed that I'll have lots more colour in my garden next year :pinkie:

Just phoned Dorothy Perkins up to find where my parcel is. They suspect they tried to deliver to the wrong store  The courier will send it back to Dorothy Perkins. Now this is where I am pissed off with the situation. Logic and common sense would say that they resend it back to where it should have gone originally so I can collect it. But no, they will have to give me a full refund and I have to place the order again. The girl who I spoke to said that she can do the order now and give me free express delivery, but I would have to pay again for the order (which isn't a problem). However when she checked the stock levels, some of the items I ordered are now out of stock. The stuff that is out of stock is stuff for my holidays, the stuff that is in stock is stuff for work  I think I might just have a trip to the Trafford centre or Manchester on my own to save faffing about with online shopping

ahhhhhhhhhhh the dreaded tumble dryer hose, i always buy online now as it is so expensive to get them from our local market, i don't know what on earth happens to them but i swear we have to replace ours every year. hmmmmmm the radiator valves that you can't reach... do you have one of those grabby things that you use for picking stuff up off the floor? do you think you could maybe turn them on and off using that?

just ran into an old friend of mine, he is limping worse than me and has a trapped nerve, i did feel sorry for him as his family have so much going on.
