blackmagic Posted November 28, 2010 Report Share Posted November 28, 2010 We woke up to 4 inches of snow yesterday and had another two inches overnight. Today we have alternating sunshine and snow showers. Last night the temperature dropped to -14 overnight and was -5 when hubby let dogs out this morning. Weathermen reckon this could last for two weeks at least. The gritter has ploughed the road this morning but there is practically no traffic moving. Only the crofters on their tractors taking feed to their animals. We live in a highland strath- a glen- on a single track road. Yesterday one of the gritter lorries kept sliding into the ditches at the side of the road. It does all look very picturesque though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
