ReikiAnge Posted August 5, 2008 Report Share Posted August 5, 2008 Oldies Club supporter/fosterer Angela (not me!) and her mum (who also fosters for us) is having a stall/table at a car boot sale to help raise funds and awareness for Oldies Club - thank you both The car boot sale is (now) on Sun 17th Aug at Potterspury (behind Super Sausage) between Milton Keynes and Northampton. zakryansean Posted August 17, 2008 Report Share Posted August 17, 2008 Well, we did the car boot today and the weather stayed lovely!! We made a grand total of £166.25! There was alot of interest in Oldies Club, especially as they got to see Bonnie, Suki, Guinness, Scooter and Deefer in the flesh. Hopefully this will lead to more of our oldies being adopted. The stall opposite us very kindly donated some items for us to sell and we still have enough left to do another one! So we will! £8 of the money raised was just people wanting to help..they didnt want to buy anything! (what does that say about our stuff lol!!) Loads of people commented on how well the dogs were behaved, and of course, how gorgeous they are! All in all, a very good day Pics to follow...
