Lydford
Okay - so the campsite is Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park, Enstone Road, Charlbury, Oxfordshire. www.cotswoldview.co.uk. Chosen because of the amenities and fair pricing, as well as its nice location. "Set in 54 acres of rolling, wooded farmland Cotswold View has broad grass walks and well-signed forest and farm trails around the park where you can see a variety of farm animals; the horses, the sheep, the goats, the pigs, the chickens, the ducks and the Shetland ponies. There are attractive playgrounds for the children including one for under 5's, and a tennis court and skittle alley for hire. We offer a small, well-stocked shop and off-licence." The cost will be £19.50 per night per pitch - which is for a caravan, a tent, a trailer tent or a motor home including electricity and up to 2 persons. Extra adults £2.25 per night. Children 5-16yrs £2 per night. Dogs Free. For those who want some extra comfort there is B&B on the site, however there are only 4 rooms free that will allow dogs, there are other room but these do not allow dogs. So if you want a room for your dogs you need to book straight away. There are some self catering properties available as well if you wish to enquire about them. To book for a pitch or a room you need to ring 0800 0853474 and state you are with Oldies Club so that they can allocate the pitches together. If booking a room they will require a credit card number from you. If you could make your booking as soon as possible so that we get the pitches together, that would be good. When you have booked could you post on this thread that you have done so, so that I will be able to see who is definitely going. Its gonna be GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!
