Anyone got any advice? she is fine in every other way..still her same old self, just never had to deal with this before..is there anything I can do to help her in any way?? Kathyw
Vetbed is brilliant, doglet stays dry as wee goes right through so doglet stays comfortable. Propalin helps incontinence but my Raffles hated it so much I stopped giving it and just mopped up more often. Check with your vet because it could be stress related. for Tasha and for you. chrissie
I've come across quite a few folk who've gone the drug route for incontinence and found it really helps. I've a feeling there may be an alernative to the Propalin, would be worth checking out. for you and the beautiful Tasha.
ClazUK
Another vote for Propalin. There is another medication called Uralin, but I think it's the same thing, just made by a different manufacturer.
Mrs Mop
Gracie has been on Proplin since she first came to me 4 years last January and is fine on it. She has been on Metacam for 3 years as well.
ReikiAnge
Not had to use it for mine but have also heard good things about Propalin.
emma_pen
If you like alternative therapies then homeopathic Sepia is also useful. Asha gets Propalin as well as homeopathy now, there is a tablet alternative called Incurin which works in a different way.
greytgirl
Thanks for replies...can I buy Propalin or do I need to get it on prescription? She stopped doing it for a bit but is doing it again...she will be sat at my feet and get up and there is a little wet patch there....I have watched her yesterday and as she got up and walked to her bed it was literally just dripping/leaking from her..not full weeing?? Mrs Mop
Unfortunately you need a prescription for it.
