Zap the liver in the microwave for a few minutes before doing anything else to make it a bit more manageable 2. Blend the liver in a food processor 3. Add all other ingredients and mix 4. Put the mixture into a greased and lined roasting tin or deep cake tin (the deep cake tin will take longer to cook) and cook in a hot oven until pinkness is gone 5. Wait until cake is cool, then turn out onto a cooling tray and cut into required pieces Method if using tuna: 1. Chuck everything into a mixing bowl and mix it 2. Put the mixture into a greased and lined roasting tin or deep cake tin (the deep cake tin will take longer to cook) and cook in a hot oven until golden brown on top 3.
