Pingu Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 Article title: Tuna Cake Article description: Category: recipes Date added: Dec 28 2007, 10:15 PM Article starter: Pingu Ingredients :3 small courgettes 5 eggs 200ml creme fraiche 1 large tin tuna 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt & pepper Recipe : 1- Slice courgettes into 5cm sticks 2- Brown in olive oil 3- Beat eggs and mix with creme fraiche 4- Flake in tuna, add to mixture, along with courgettes, season. 5- Bake in oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes.
