Karen
For those of you of the bah humbug persuasion, what are you planning to do on December 25th? I'd really like to spend the day with the dogs, rabbits and OH, but I'm finding it difficult to be brave enough to tell my parents!
Helly
thankfully my bah humbuggery is well known amongst my family so they all go away for xmas and i work anyway. i cook a turkey crown and veg for me and the dogs and once i've done the evening shift in the kennels and cattery i lock everywhere up and get ratarsed

owl
I love the peace and quiet when most people are indoors with Christmas dinner, and I usually take the dogs out somewhere then. W don't do Christmas here except for sending a few cards and do presents for close family only. But we do bring it loads of greenery in to decorate the house for Solstice. zico's mum
What I do every year,a lovely long walk along the beach with the dogs then back home to curl up in front of the television with an M&S christmas meal in the oven. Really helps when you have no family and don't celebrate Christmas to be a bah humbug type

EGAR
As I hate Xmas with a passion but have a 3yro I will make concessions and do the usual Oh look Nathan, Santa's brought presents! and after that I will go and do my dogs as every day. No pesky inlaws, no pesky family (safe the small man and he is everything but pesky ) - so it's going to be a day like any other apart from the presents for Nathan. Brenda
I haven't enjoyed Christmas for a few years, after losing both parents. However, I do feel more excited this year. My sister and her family are coming on Christmas day and my brother and his family are coming over on Boxing Day. Other 'big' news is that we have just been approved as foster carers and we have will have our new foster child for Christmas, in fact he is moving in this Saturday! As my son is now at uni we don't get ot see him very often and he will be here for Christmas. So lots to be excited about!

JessandCos
This is our first year in the New Forest. My parents won't come down for the day as they don't like driving in the dark back to London and they will not let my dogs into their house in London, so me and the kids will be taking the dogs for a long walk in the forest in the morning, coming back having brunch and then we will have Christmas dinner and relax Unstressful and perfect the way I like it
