reds
I went to Kinsgbury Water Park today and it's a great place for a group walk if anyone wanted a Midlands walk at any time. There are places for the dogs to swim but even without swimming there are large open flat green spaces for runarounds and ball throwing. The path is flat and easy to walk on and I think the basic route around the whole of the Lake area is 4 miles. You do have to pay for car-parking though and I guess that on a weekend there will be some sailing boats/fishermen/horse-riders. Lots of picnic benches scattered around and good facilities. http://www.stratford-dc.gov.uk/web/corpora...4b?OpenDocument Just thought I'd put it up here for any would-be organisers

reds
I know it's a bit chilly for swimming but there's still a good walk to be had there if everyone still fancies? I could bring Twiggy

Scooby Dobie
I go there every week - so you'll see me somewhere along the path...LMAO. 2 things though - they discourage dogs being off-lead as there are loads of cyclists / families walking about AND it closes over the winter months - but I didn't see the sign there last week Oh and it's £2.50 to get in...
