Alex and Milly Spins hope Cosmo's biopsy goes well Morning RMF: My house exchange thingy date has been and gone (3rd) I am getting rather annoyed Amy I booked ours back in July as I couldn't be bothered to go through the drama of last years trying to find a suitable date that suited everyone so I tied them down to it early, hope you get yours sorted

Didn't know we had this thread, and I'm not sure whether to be glad or not that I've found it Jack and I have been doing an hour and a half walk after work up Cleeve Hill every day, I can now do it without stopping so am quite chuffed with that ... I really want to start running - something that I've always tried to avoid if I'm honest! - as I would like to try to do some half marathons and raise some money for H4H/Combat Stress ... we're getting fitter but I think the next stage is buying a bike and cycling to work a couple of days a week and changing the walk into a walk/run and then hopefully just run ... we'll see how much the lungs will take (and nope I will still be smoking, they are just going to have to work harder! ) fingers crossed it carries on staying light in the evenings for a while!

I was trying to catch up but it made me too hungry so I have given up RMF: I have lost my H4H wrist band :mecry: I know its daft to be upset about it but Simon gave it to me (bought him a replacement for his birthday) and so I can't just replace it as it won't be the same I thought it was stuck in my jumper sleeve but it wasn't so am going to do circuits of this mornings walk this evening with Jack in an effort to find it ... fingers crossed! How are the Fugees oh and what is with all the dresses talk?!

Morning RMF: I was moving until 12 last night ... I promptly slept through my alarm this morning and didn't wake up till 9 my bosses are now huffing at me for being 30mins late not much left to do on the moving front though
