Thanks all its quite exciting but scary at the moment. Its the first of the houses where Ive actually come home and reviewed my finances as to if I could afford which means I must really like it. Apparently its had quite a bit of interest and the guy who went in after us def looked like a landlord to me.

Love your Collie-Flower Alex I may be making a step towards officially being a grown-up Ive been looking at houses for a while and Ive seen a few but Ive actually found one I really liked and have booked a second viewing. Its top of my budget but it needs nothing doing to it having recently been renovated.

I love To Kill a Mockingbird its my fav book. Even analyzing it to death in school didnt put me off it and I have it on dvd as well Jayne Im 31 next week (eek) and Ive been single for nearly 6 years - Im reminded by every birthday Louie has I go through phases of feelinf down and awkward esp when friends are being couply but then I think about I dont have to deal with the arguments and have the freedom to do things I want on spur of moment without it effecting anyone. Im am horribly lacking in confidence and I really admire what you've done with your job and getting out there holidaying on your own etc. I stay in my rut as its safe even if I hate being in it.

We've only booked flights so far. Would love to be able to visit Sam & Mark and also Waggy Last set of wipers I ended up having to ask my neighbour for help as I couldnt do them so for £2.99 to get Halfords to do it was a much better bet lol.

Wiper blades changed the guy at Halford made it look so easy but I know I would just have got myself into a right knot. Im going to Sri Lanka

I have booked a holiday. I am rather excited Both my wiper blades broke today so will be a trip to Halford tomorrow to get them replaced and keeping fingers crossed its dry tomorrow.

Am enjoying the early evenings. It was nice proppeed up on my bed reading with the sunset streaming through my window. Am back to work after 11 days off has been a real struggle today Sorry you didnt get the contract Michelle at least you can take it as experience. Hope Kinky hasnt done too much damage & Shara feeling less wobbly soon.

Oldies Club is celebrating older dogs! We are holding a fundraising photo competition for the fifth year running especially for dogs age 7 and over. The winning dog will represent the Oldies Club for the following year. The only rule for this competition is that dogs entering need to be veterans, they do not necessarily need to be rescue dogs to enter. We have divided the UK up into 7 regions - North East, North West, South East, South West, Midlands, Scotland and Wales. The winner of each region will go forward to the Grand Final. Sam if you were serious about looking for a publisher I would definately have a chat with Jude Brookes at Hubble & Hattie (http://hubbleandhattie.com/) She's lovely and has donated a number of books to Oldies over the past couple of years to help us with fundraising so Im sure she would be able to offer good advice.

Wow its all happening so fast. Believe me it isnt boring its all really exciting.
