Fwd update from FB:

reply from North Down Borough council regarding Bruce states that at the hearing yesterday the Judge only heard evidence from their witnesses and that a further date has to be agreed for further legal arguement in the case

The North Down council confirmed yesterday that there was a further court hearing on 1st July.

The court has allowed bruce to go to EGAR - EGAR has posted details on FB tonight here

A judge with common sense and compassion - WOW!!

Here's hoping that Bruce will be able to recover from his horrific ordeal and enjoy the rest of his life. In Sarah's care I know he'll have the best chance possible of that :flowers:

I am so very pleased, Bruce's story has made it into the national Irish press where positive bull breed stories are few and far between!

It's great to read that he is now safe but the handover is like something out of a spy film.

Well done for all that you have done for Bruce.
