Time is running out for a poor little Jack Russell, which was taken into my friends vets to be PTS, apparently their was an incident with the neighbour, where the dog was hanging off his trousers, more as a game I think than aggression, anyhow, the vet has refused to pts this little dog and for the past 5 days has been staying with the nurses at weekends and in the surgery during the day, has showed no sign of aggression with people or dogs, he belonged to a little boy so is also good with children not sure about cats, he is two yrs old and castrated, the little boy thinks he is going to live on a farm and chase rabbits and when the boy was asked about the dog being aggressive, he said he wasn,t so please if you know anyone that might be pre-pared to give this lovely little dog a home please get intouch or pass my details on and please cross post if you can. I am in the position to be able to help but need him to be cat proof!!!!! Knowledgable and permenant home offered here in Sussex..i have a JRT X Springer already and 2 cats who mainly sleep all day and go out at night, so i could be in the position to be able to offer this poor lad a new start. She seemed very short and bored by all the emails, but maybe she has had alot to deal with! Anyway, this thread now needs closing as a new home has been found, so i'm told. Thanks all.
